ITU Triathlon Development Camps

ITU are happy to be able to announce that the 2009 ITU World Junior / U23 Camp will be held in Gold Coast, Australia at the world class Sports Super Centre, Gold Coast, Australia. A group of 30 athletes and 12 coaches, primarily from emerging and developing national federations, will be selected to participate in the camp under the guidance of an outstanding staff made up of top level international triathlon coaches. Athletes must be 16 – 19 years (eligible to race World Championships) or competing in the U23 category at the 2009 ITU World Championships. Athletes must be nominated by their National Federations based on Continental Championship and National Championship results. Closing date for applications is 01 July 2009.
