Injuries
Other than a cracked rib caused by my Surboard, and a few sprains, strains, bumps &bruises, I have had no major injuries.
Training Week
Usually it's 24 hour 7 days a week plan that includes work on all three discipline, plus I do Gym work, yoga & Pilates.
